We hope when you receive an item from Dogwood and Vine, you'll love it. All of the items in the online shop are custom made for you when you order, meaning when you place the order, production begins. There are some items not eligible for return (personalized items, monogrammed, special request items). Eligible items for return must be returned in "new condition" within 45 days of the purchase date. Returns will not be accepted if the original tags have been removed. Any used items are not eligible for return.

For return of eligible new condition items, please log in to your Dogwood and Vine account. If you have not created an account, you can create one here with the email address you used to place your order. You will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Once we receive your returned item(s), you will receive a refund or exchange for your item(s) less original shipping charge for expedited deliveries.

Duties, taxes, and additional custom fees are the responsiblity of the customer. The duties, taxes, and additional custom fees are not refundable by Dogwood and Vine.
Quality is important, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us first. You'll receive instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item within 45 days of the purchase date for replacement or refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or damaged item).
Your refund for eligible items will be processed after we receive your return. Typically, once we receive the return the refund takes approximately 5 to 10 business days.
For international orders, duties, taxes, and additional custom fees are the responsiblity of the customer. The duties, taxes, and additional custom fees are not refundable by Dogwood and Vine.
For both domestic and international orders, if your order is returned to our facility due to a wrong address, we will reship the order. You will need to provide the corrected address before we reship. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit or once delivered.
We use USPS for shipping, you will need to direct any questions regarding packages lost, stolen, or damaged to them. In some circumstances USPS use partner carriers for a portion of the delivery. Partner carriers may include UPS or FedEx.
